| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 pkg yellow cake mix | 1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter | 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg |
| 1/2 cup chopped peanuts | 1/3 cup melted butter or margarine | 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar |
| 1 | Combine yellow cake mix and peanut butter. Cut in peanut butter until particles are very fine. Add nutmeg, eggs and water in the amounts specified on the package. Fill cupcake papers 1/2 full. Bake in a pre-heated oven 375 F. for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Combine remaining ingredients and stir until blended. Spoon mixture on top of hot cupcakes. Replace in oven and continue baking for another 5 minutes. |
