Claremore Seasoned Oven Rice

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup uncooked rice 1 (10-1/2 oz) can consomme 1/3 cup water
1 tsp salt 1 tsp parsley flakes 1/4 tsp allspice
2 tbsp butter



1 Combine all ingredients except rice in 1-1/2 qt casserole. Place in a slow oven (325 F) for 10 minutes or until butter is melted and liquid is hot. Stir in rice. Cover and bake in a slow oven (325 F) 35 to 40 minutes, or until rice is tender.
