Fort Sill Parslied Potatoes

INGREDIENTS:
3 lbs small red potatoes, pared 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine 1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dry mustard 2 to 3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley



1 Cook potatoes in salted water until done. Drain. Melt butter in a saucepan. Blend in lemon juice, mustard, and parsley. Pour over potatoes.
