| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 lb ground cooked ham | 1/2 lb ground fresh pork | 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs |
| 1/2 cup water | 1 egg | 1/4 cup minced celery |
| 2 tablespoons minced green pepper | 2 tablespoons instant minced onion | 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
| 1/4 teaspoon pepper | 8 to 12 whole cloves | 1/3 cup brown sugar (packed) |
| 1 tablespoon prepared mustard | 1 tablespoon vinegar | |
| 1 | In large mixing bowl together ham, pork, crumbs, water, egg, celery, green pepper, onion, mustard and pepper. Shape mixture into 4 individual patties and place in 8-in square dish. |
| 2 | Score tops of patties and place 2 or 3 whole cloves in top of each. |
| 3 | Stir together sugar, mustard and vinegar. Pour evenly over patties. |
| 4 | Cover dish with wax paper. Microwave at high 15 to 18 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn afer 10 minutes. |
