| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 pkg frozen peas, cooked and drained | 1 can bean sprouts, drained | 2 cups mushroom pieces, drained |
| 1/2 lb cheddar cheese | 1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced | 1 can mushroom soup |
| 1 can fried onions | ||
| 1 | Combine peas, mushrooms, bean sprouts, water chestnuts and put in 9-in casserole. Heat can of mushroom soup. Pour over vegetables. Grate cheddar cheese over top. Bake at 350 F. for 30 minutes. Take out of oven and put 1 can fried onions on top. Bake 15 minutes longer, until brown. |
| 2 | Serve as a vegetable or can add chicken, turkey or tuna to serve as a main course. Serve with hot buttered garlic bread. |
