| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 lb ground meat | 1 onion minced | 2 tsp salt |
| 1/4 tsp black pepper | dash Tabasco sauce | cooked and seasoned |
| pinto beans | grated cheese | lettuce and tomatoes, cut fine |

| 1 | Combine meat, onion, salt and pepper and Tabasco sauce and brown. Cover and simmer while making the tacos. To make taco, cut rolled out dough, or shape in circular and fry in deep fat until brown. Top one taco with 2 tbsp cooked pinto beans in center, topped with meat-sauce, then lettuce and tomatoes, and topped with grated cheese. Serve hot. |
