| 4 cups flour | 2 tsp baking powder | 1 tsp salt |
| 1-1/2 cups hot water | 2 lbs hamburger, cooked, seaoned with salt and pepper | |
| 1 | Mix flour, baking powder, salt, add water and make dough. Roll out on floured board, cut with a knife into different shapes, put cooked meat on half the dough, fold over pinching the edges firmly. Fry in deep fat until brown. Put in a paper lined pan, cover until ready to serve. Serve hot. |
