| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 5 medium ears sweet corn | 1 small green pepper, halved, seeded and chopped | 1 small onion, chopped (1/4 can) |
| 3 tbsp butter or margarine | 1 tsp salt (dash or pepper) | |
| 1 | Cut corn from cobs-there should be about 3 cups. Cook green pepper and onion in margarine until soft, in a large frying pan, stir in corn, salt and pepper. Cover and cook slowly. Stirring once or twice, 10 minutes or until corn is tender. Serve hot. |
