Figs with Currants and Orange |

| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 4 fresh figs | small bunches of fresh redcurrants | 6 oranges |
| 1 tsp orange flower water | ||
| 1 | Cut the stalks off the tops of the figs, but do not peel them. Cut the figs in quarters, but do not cut completely through the base. Open the figs out like flowers and stand them on their bases on serving dishes. |
| 2 | Arrange small bunches of redcurrants on the figs. Squeeze the juice from two of the oranges. Peel and segment the other four and arrange segments around each fig. |
| 3 | Mix the orange juice mixed with the orange flower water and pour over the figs. Chill before serving. |
