Kompot

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups dried prunes 2 cups dried apricots 1 cup dried figs
1 cup raisins 1 cup blanched almonds 1/2 cup pine kernels
1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp rose extract (optional) juice and zest of 1 orange



1 Stonge the prunes if neccesary and chop coarsely.
2 Halve the aprocots and quarter the figs.
3 Place the fruits in a large bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Cover with cold water.
4 Stir well and keep in a cool place for 1 to 2 days, stirring a couple of times each day. Mix again before serving.
