| 1/2 cup shelled raw pinon nuts | 1/2 cup shelled raw sunflower seeds | 1/4 teaspoon salt |
| 1 | Grind nuts and seeds together very fine, add salt and form into small balls. Flatten carefully between palms into thin wafers. Wrap each wafer in soft corn husk or aluminum foil and bake in 350 oven for 40 to 50 minutes, testing to see that crackers are not too brown. These crackers are eaten as snacks or with soup. |
