Green Bean au Gratin

INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons flour 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard 3/4 cup milk 1/4 cup grated Longhorn cheese
1 package frozen French style green beans or 16 oz can French style green beans paprika slivered almonds
Parmesan cheese 1/3 can fried onion rings



1 Make a white sauce with the first five ingredients; when thick, add cheese and melt. Stir in drained beans and pour into buttered 1-quart casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, almonds, and paprika. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350. Put onion rings on top during last 5 to 10 minutes.
