| 2 tablespoons butter | 2 tablespoons flour | 1/2 teaspoon salt |
| 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard | 3/4 cup milk | 1/4 cup grated Longhorn cheese |
| 1 package frozen French style green beans or 16 oz can French style green beans | paprika | slivered almonds |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/3 can fried onion rings | |
| 1 | Make a white sauce with the first five ingredients; when thick, add cheese and melt. Stir in drained beans and pour into buttered 1-quart casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, almonds, and paprika. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350. Put onion rings on top during last 5 to 10 minutes. |
