| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 eggs | cream | 1 cup sugar |
| 1-1/2 cups cake flour | 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder | 1/2 teaspoon salt |
| 1/2 cup chopped butternuts or walnuts | ||
| 1 | Break 2 eggs in a 1 cup measuring cup, and add enough cream fo fill the cup. Beat with beater. Add 1 cup sugar. Combine all dry ingredients and add to the egg-cream-sugar mixture. Add 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Put in 8 inch square pan. Bake in moderate 350 F oven for 45 minutes. |
