Sopa Seca De Arroz (Dry Rice Soup)

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups cooked rice 4 Tbsp onions chopped 1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 cup tomato or tomato juice 2 tsp saffron 2 hard boiled eggs
2 Tbsp cooking oil



1 Saute the onions until soft, then add the rice, garlic powder, tomatoes, and saffron.
2 Cook dry without scorching. Pour into a serving dish and serve with the sliced eggs over the top.
