| 2 cups cooked rice | 4 Tbsp onions chopped | 1/4 tsp garlic powder |
| 1 cup tomato or tomato juice | 2 tsp saffron | 2 hard boiled eggs |
| 2 Tbsp cooking oil | ||
| 1 | Saute the onions until soft, then add the rice, garlic powder, tomatoes, and saffron. |
