Caldo De Verduras (Vegetable Soup)

INGREDIENTS:
1 soup bone with bone split to expose the marrow 6 cups water 1 cup cut green beans
4 yellow squash, diced 1/2 small yellow onion 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp ground mint a pinch of garlic powder salt to taste



1 Cook the soup bone in salted water. When done, add all the ingredients except the salt and mint. Cook until the beans are done.
2 Add the salt and mint. Serve hot with toasted bread.
