| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 soup bone with bone split to expose the marrow | 6 cups water | 1 cup cut green beans |
| 4 yellow squash, diced | 1/2 small yellow onion | 1/2 tsp red chilli powder |
| 1 tsp ground mint | a pinch of garlic powder | salt to taste |
| 1 | Cook the soup bone in salted water. When done, add all the ingredients except the salt and mint. Cook until the beans are done. |
| 2 | Add the salt and mint. Serve hot with toasted bread. |
