Green Pepper Steak

INGREDIENTS:
round steak, cut in strips 1 can consomme 1 can celery, cut crosswise
1 large onion, chopped fine 3 green peppers, cut lengthwise cooked rice
2 tablespoons cornstarch 3 tablespoons water 1 tablespoon soy sauce



1 Brown steak. If tough, simmer until tender. Add 1 can consomme soup, undiluted and celery, onion and green pepper. Simmer 25 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons cornstarch stirred into 3 tablespoons water and 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
