Turkey or Chicken Casserole

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped celery 1/2 cube margarine
1 teaspoon sage 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can boned turkey or chicken 1/2 soup can of milk
6 cups soft bread crumbs



1 Fry onion and celery in margarine until clear. Add bread crumbs, turkey, sage, salt and pepper to make dressing.
2 Blend soup and milk together. Layer in casserole dish, first dressing, then soup mixture. Sprinkle a few bread crumbs on top. Bake 350 F. for 30 minutes.
