Ensalada De Frijoles (Bean Salad)

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups cooked beans 1/2 cup diced celery 2 medium pickles, chopped
1/2 small onion, chopped 2 oz green chilli, chopped 1/2 green sweet pepper, chopped
salt and pepper 1 tsp red chilli powder 2 Tbsp prepared mustard
6 Tbsp milk



1 Mix all ingredients together except mustard, milk, and red chilli powder. Mix the mustard and milk and add to the first mixture.
2 Serve on leaf or head lettuce and sprinkle on the red chilli powder if you like it.
