Green Chilli Salad

INGREDIENTS:
1 4 oz can chopped green chilli 1 large tomato well diced 1 tsp vinegar
1 small onion chopped very fine 1 Tbsp salad oil



1 Mix the vinegar and salad oil in a cup. Rub a bowl with a cut garlic clove and add the chopped tomato, onion and green chilli. Let stand for 30 minutes.
2 Pour the vinegar and salad oil over the vegetables, and gently toss. Put either fresh leaf lettuce or sliced head lettuce on a plate and spoon on vegetable mixture.
