| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 4 oz can chopped green chilli | 1 large tomato well diced | 1 tsp vinegar |
| 1 small onion chopped very fine | 1 Tbsp salad oil | |
| 1 | Mix the vinegar and salad oil in a cup. Rub a bowl with a cut garlic clove and add the chopped tomato, onion and green chilli. Let stand for 30 minutes. |
| 2 | Pour the vinegar and salad oil over the vegetables, and gently toss. Put either fresh leaf lettuce or sliced head lettuce on a plate and spoon on vegetable mixture. |
