Salsa De Chile Petin

INGREDIENTS:
1 small onion sliced paper thin 1 tsp salt 4 Tbsp oil
2 cups tomato juice 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp cumin
1 pinch of mint 3 Tbsp fresh red Chile Petin



1 Saute onion and fresh Chile Petin in the hot oil until the onion is very soft. Mash the onions and petines with a potato masher. Add other ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.
2 Put through a sieve taking out the pepper pods. use sparingly! Hot!
