| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 small onion sliced paper thin | 1 tsp salt | 4 Tbsp oil |
| 2 cups tomato juice | 1 tsp oregano | 1 tsp cumin |
| 1 pinch of mint | 3 Tbsp fresh red Chile Petin | |
| 1 | Saute onion and fresh Chile Petin in the hot oil until the onion is very soft. Mash the onions and petines with a potato masher. Add other ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. |
