Salsa Colorado (Red Sauce)

INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2 cups tomatoes 1/2 tsp garlic powder 2 yolks of hard boiled eggs
2 Tbsp pinon nutmeat 1/4 cup red native wine 1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup salad oil



1 Blend all ingredients in a blender. Chill.
2 Serve with fish, cold vegetables, or on lettuce and cabbage salads.
