| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 4 cups white flour | 2 tsp baking powder | 4 Tbsp shortening |
| 1-1/2 tsp salt | 1-1/2 cups water | 1/2 tsp garlic powder |
| 1/2 tsp oregano | ||
| 1 | Mix the ingredients together and make into a medium stiff dough. Break off enough to make a ball 3" in diameter. Roll out into a round shaped cake 1/8" thick. |
| 2 | Cook on a dry hot iron skillet until browned. Cook on both sides and serve hot. |
