Blue Cornmeal Tortillas

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups blue cornmeal 1-1/2 tsp baking powder 2 Tbsp shortening
1/2 cup flour 1 tsp salt water as needed



1 Mix well. Roll out to about 3/32" and cook as any other tortilla.
2 OPTIONAL: 1/4 tsp each garlic powder and cominos.
