Bunuelos

INGREDIENTS:
4 cups flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt
2 eggs 1 cup milk 1 Tbsp shortening



1 Mix well. Roll as thin as possible. Cut into desired shape and fry in hot grease (400 degrees) until brown. Turn over and fry other side.
2 The major difference between Bunuelos and Sopapillas is simply the shape they assume. Sopapillas are cut in rectangular shape. Bunuelos are cut round with a hole in the middle, like our doughnut.
