| 4 cups flour | 1 tsp baking powder | 1 tsp salt |
| 2 eggs | 1 cup milk | 1 Tbsp shortening |
| 1 | Mix well. Roll as thin as possible. Cut into desired shape and fry in hot grease (400 degrees) until brown. Turn over and fry other side. |
