| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 cups fresh corn from the cob | 1/2 cup corn meal | 2 Tbsp sugar |
| 3 Tbsp flour | 2 well beaten eggs | 1-1/2 cups milk |
| 1 tsp salt | 1 Tbsp minced onion | 1/4 cup corn oil |
| 1 | Mix all ingredients except eggs. Then beat eggs well and fold into mixture. Pour into greased pan (1-1/2 qt). Bake for one hour at 325 degrees. |
