Fresh Corn-Corn Bread

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups fresh corn from the cob 1/2 cup corn meal 2 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp flour 2 well beaten eggs 1-1/2 cups milk
1 tsp salt 1 Tbsp minced onion 1/4 cup corn oil



1 Mix all ingredients except eggs. Then beat eggs well and fold into mixture. Pour into greased pan (1-1/2 qt). Bake for one hour at 325 degrees.
