| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2/3 cup flour | 1 teaspoon baking powder | 1/2 teaspoon salt |
| 2 teaspoons sugar | 1 teaspoon finely minced onion | 1 12-oz can whole kernel corn, drained |
| 2 eggs | 1/4 cup margarine, melted | 1/2 cup milk |
| 1 | Combine dry ingredients. Beat eggs, add onion, corn, margarine and milk. Stir into dry mixture and drop by small spoonfuls on hot griddle. Bake 5 minutes, turn cakes and cook 5 more minutes. |
