INGREDIENTS:
1/2 pound mushrooms, wiped and coarsely chopped 1 sprig mint, washed 2 scallions, washed and sliced (include tops)
6 cups water 3 (4.5 gram) packages instant beef broth 1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon salt



1 Place all ingredients in a large saucepan, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve hot.
