INGREDIENTS:
2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted 3-1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar 3 tablespoons butter 1-1/4 cups milk



1 Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Sift dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Cut in the butter; add milk and mix into a dough. Drop by spoonfuls onto a lightly buttered baking sheet. Bake until light brown, approximately 12 to 15 minutes.
