| 2 to 3 pounds turkey wings, cut up | 1 onion, sliced | 1 bell pepper, sliced |
| 1 can tomato soup | 1 garlic clove, crushed | 1/2 teaspoon salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon pepper | 1/2 teaspoon oregano | 1/4 teaspoon thyme |
| 1/2 cup water | 1/2 cup white wine (optional) | |
| 1 | Alternate turkey pieces in crock cooker with onion and pepper slices. Mix remaining ingredients, and pour over turkey. Cover and cook at low for 4 to 6 hours. Serve with steamed rice or noodles. |
