INGREDIENTS:
1 pound lima beans 4 medium potatoes 2 cups milk
1/2 stick butter salt-pepper to taste



1 Boil the lima beans until almost done and then add the diced (uncooked) potatoes. When done drain off the water, and then add the milk, butter and seasonings.
