INGREDIENTS:
8 scallions, washed and sliced (include tops) 8 dried juniper berries 2 (5.4 gram) packages instant chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon salt 6 cups water



1 Place all ingredients in a large saucepan, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve hot.
