INGREDIENTS:
3 onions, chopped 3 tablespoons butter or fat 2 teaspoons curry powder
1/2 teaspoons salt 1 pound cooked meat, diced 3 cups boiled rice
meat drippings diluted with water to make 2 cups 1 tablespoon bread crumbs



1 Saute the onions in 2 tablespoons butter. Stir in the curry powder and salt. Add the meat, rice, and liquid. Mix well. Put into a greased ovenproof dish and dot with the rest of the butter. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake in moderate oven (350 F.) for 1/2 hour.
