| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 3 onions, chopped | 3 tablespoons butter or fat | 2 teaspoons curry powder |
| 1/2 teaspoons salt | 1 pound cooked meat, diced | 3 cups boiled rice |
| meat drippings diluted with water to make 2 cups | 1 tablespoon bread crumbs | |
| 1 | Saute the onions in 2 tablespoons butter. Stir in the curry powder and salt. Add the meat, rice, and liquid. Mix well. Put into a greased ovenproof dish and dot with the rest of the butter. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake in moderate oven (350 F.) for 1/2 hour. |
