| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 turkey (15 lbs) | 1 cup butter or oleo | 1 lb cooked ground beef |
| 2 cups raisins | 1/2 cup Pinon nutmeats | 2 squares unsweetened cooking chocolate |
| 1 tsp coriander seeds | 1 tsp cinnamon | 2 cups bread crumbs |
| 1/4 tsp cloves | hot water as needed | salt and pepper as needed |
| 1 | Combine the cooked meat, raisins, Pinon nuts, chocolate, bread crumbs and spices. Add enough water to cook as a thick sauce without scorching. |
| 2 | Grease the inside and outside of the turkey with the shortening. Stuff the turkey with the mixture and bake 25 minutes per pound at 350 degrees, approximately six hours. |
