| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 3 lb ground meat | 4 cups cooked pinto beans | 2 cans tomato sauce |
| 16 oz pkg corn chips | 2 cups hot enchilada sauce | 1 Tbsp red chili powder |
| 2 tsp cumin | 1 tsp oregano | 1 large onion, chopped fine |
| 1 Tbsp salt | 12 chopped Jalapeno peppers | |
| 1 | Brown meat and add spices, beans, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, and onions. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes. |
| 2 | Crush the fritos. Line baking dish with fritos. Add layer of meat and spice mixture and a layer of cheese. Continue to layers until all ingredients are used. Top with cheese. |
| 3 | Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
