| 2 lbs chopped mutton | 4 yellow squash, sliced | 1 lb fresh green beans in spring or 2 cups cooked pinto beans in winter |
| 2 ears of fresh corn cut in 2" pieces in spring or 1-1/2 cups canned corn in winter | 1 red chilli pepper | salt to taste |
