| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 cup chopped ham | 1 cup fried sausage | 1 can chick peas or 1 cup cooked garbanzos |
| salt and pepper | 1 small onion sliced | 1/8 tsp garlic powder |
| 1 tsp oregano | ||
| 1 | Brown the chopped ham and small onion in hot fat. Add the garlic and sausage along with the garbanzos. |
| 2 | Cook until the garbanzos are hot all of the way through, add the oregano, salt and pepper. |
| 3 | Add a little water and let simmer for about one hour until it becomes a thick soup. |
