| 3 cups shelled, dried, baked sweet corn | 1/2 cup bacon drippings | 1 tablespoon salt |
| 12 cups water | ||
| 1 | Wash and dry baked sweet and crack in a food chopper. |
| 2 | Put cracked corn in a saucepan and add water, salt, and drippings. |
