| corn oil | 1 cup green chilli | MIX: 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp cominos |
| 1/4 tsp garlic powder | 24 corn tortillas | 1 cup chopped onions |
| 1-1/2 cup grated cheese | 2-1/2 cup Enchilada sauce | |
| 1 | Fry tortillas limp. Sprinkle on cheese and season with spice mix. |
| 2 | Add 1 Tbsp green chillies and 1 Tbsp onion. Roll 3-4 in a pan. |
| 3 | Cover with cheese, sauce, and paprika. Heat until cheese melts. |
