Green Chilli Cheese Enchiladas

INGREDIENTS:
corn oil 1 cup green chilli MIX: 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp cominos
1/4 tsp garlic powder 24 corn tortillas 1 cup chopped onions
1-1/2 cup grated cheese 2-1/2 cup Enchilada sauce



1 Fry tortillas limp. Sprinkle on cheese and season with spice mix.
2 Add 1 Tbsp green chillies and 1 Tbsp onion. Roll 3-4 in a pan.
3 Cover with cheese, sauce, and paprika. Heat until cheese melts.
