| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 lb steak | 1 small can tomato paste | 1 tsp red chilli |
| 1/8 tsp oregano | 1 can 4 oz green chopped chilli | 1/2 green bell pepper diced |

| 1 | Brown steak in hot oil. Add 1/2 cup water. Cover with onions and green chilli and bell pepper. Add all other ingredients. Steam & simmer 30 minutes until steak is tender. |
