| 6 yellow squash sliced 1/8" thick | 3/4 cup chopped cooked green chilli | 1/4 cup milk |
| 3/4 cup grated Jack cheese | small amount of cooking oil | 3/4 cup diced onion |
| salt and pepper to taste | ||
| 1 | Add the sliced squash and onion to the hot fat and fry until tender. Add some milk, green chilli, salt and pepper and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the grated cheese and serve without stirring. Serve hot with flour tortillas. |
