| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 cups shelled green peas | 1/4 cup water | 2 Tbsp butter or oil |
| 1/4 cup shelled pinon nuts | 1/2 tsp garlic powder or 1/2 garlic clove, minced | |
| 1 | Melt butter and add all ingredients except pinon nutmeats. Cook until peas are tender. Put cooked beans in a buttered serving dish. Sprinkle pinon nutmeats over the peas. Serve hot. |
