| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted | 3 teaspoons baking powder | 1/2 teaspoon salt |
| 1 cup heavy cream | 1 teaspoon vanilla extract | |
| 1 | Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In a large bowl, sift together dry ingredients. In another bowl, whip cream until sufficiently stiff to hold peak. Combine cream, vanilla extract, and dry ingredients to form a soft dough. Place on a lightly floured board and roll to a thickness of 1/2 inch. Cut with a small biscuit cutter. Reroll scraps until all dough is used. Arrange on a lightly greased baking sheet, and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden. |
