Smokin' Succulent Grilled Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup mayonnaise 2 Tbsp lime juice 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 tsp chipotle chili powder 8 pork chops



1 Blend first five ingredients. Reserve 1/2 cup; set aside. Grill or broil pork, brushing with 1/2 cup mixture, until done. Serve with reserved 1/2 cup.
