| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 Tbsp shortening | 6 yellow squash cubed | 2 oz chopped green chilli |
| 1/2 cup yellow corn | 1 small onion sliced thin | 1 large tomato chopped |
| 1/8 tsp garlic powder | 1/8 tsp mint | 1 tsp salt |
| 1 cup milk | ||
| 1 | Fry the corn until brown. Hold the milk. Add all other ingredients and cook covered about 10 minutes over a medium fire. Add the milk. Reduce the heat to simmer. Simmer about 45 minutes. If desired, add grated yellow cheese. |
