| 1-1/2 ounces gin | 1/2 ounce simple syrup | 2 ounces half-and-half |
| 1 large egg white | 2 to 3 dashes of orange-flower water | splash of fresh lemon juice |
| splash of fresh lime juice | crushed ice | club soda |
| 1 lime wedge, for garnish | ||
| 1 | Combine all the ingredients except the ice, club soda, and lime wedge in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a Collins glass filled with crushed ice and top off with a splash of club soda. Garnish with the lime wedge and serve. |
