| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 lbs brisket meat | 1 tsp cominos | 1/2 tsp oregano |
| 1 Tbsp flour | 12 coriander seeds | 1 garlic clove, minced |
| 2 Tbsp red chilli powder or 1/2 cup green chilli, chopped | 1 cup onion, diced | 2 cups strained tomatoes |
| 1 | Boil and dice meat in 3/8" pieces. Keep broth. Brown cominos, oregano and flour in dry pan. Flour and gradually brown meat in hot oil (corn oil). Add browned spices and all other ingredients. Add just enough broth so meat and spices will not scorch. Simmer for 30 minutes to an hour. |
