Caprese Skewers

INGREDIENTS:
20 wooden or bamboo skewers 20 cherry or grape tomatoes 20 whole fresh basil leaves
20 small fresh mozzarella balls (boccaccini), drained extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste



1 On each skewer, place a tomato, basil leaf and mozzarella ball. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
