| 2 ounces Irish whiskey | 2 teaspoons brown sugar | 5 to 6 ounces freshly brewed strong, black coffee |

| 1 | In a stemmed glass mug, combine whiskey, brown sugar and coffee. Stir thoroughly and top off with a layer of heavy whipping cream, poured gently over the back of a spoon. Or top with whipped cream. |
