| 3 ounces (1-3/4 jiggers) Bacardi 8-year old rum | 4 teaspoons vanilla sugar | 3 tablespoons lime juice |
| 1 ounce (1/2 jigger) vanilla liqueur | 2 martini glasses, preferably frozen | lime wheels for garnish |
| 1 | Shake rum, vanilla sugar, lime juice and liqueur together in a cocktail shake (with a little ice, if desired), then fine-strain into glasses. Garnish with a lime wheel. |
