| 1 tablespoon cornstarch | 1 cup orange juice | 1/4 teaspoon salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon | 1/4 cup sugar | 2 teaspoons grated orange peel |
| 1 teaspoon angostura bitters | 1 orange thinly sliced | additional grated peel for garnish |
