Orange Sauce (Ham, Chicken or Turkey)

INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 cup orange juice 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 cup sugar 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
1 teaspoon angostura bitters 1 orange thinly sliced additional grated peel for garnish



1 Mix the first seven ingredients and cook over low heat until clear. Pour the sauce over meat.
2 Garnish with orange slices and additional peel.
